This web site for Cross Stitch Treasures is a Dream-Come-True for me! Having been a stitcher since my younger days, I had often thought about opening a shop of my own. After the Internet became very accessible, a whole new world of stitching opened up for me. But, I was still content with patronizing my Local Needlework Shop.

Well, guess what happened! The owner of my Local Needlework Shop, Cross Stitch Treasures, decided to pursue other interests and announced the shop would be closing. It was a sad day for me. Then, with a little coaxing from my friends, I made an offer for the shop’s web presence. After a couple of months scrambling to pull things together, the end result is this lovely site for your shopping pleasure.
